Job Description

Step into a transformative travel nursing opportunity as a Pediatric Registered Nurse in Concord, New Hampshire, and bring your clinical excellence to a setting that honors both your skill and your compassion. Beginning December 8, 2025, you’ll join a dedicated pediatric team on a contract measured in weeks, delivering high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents while shaping enduring patient and family experiences. This role is designed to empower you to grow professionally, expand your clinical toolkit, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young patients and their families. Beyond the hospital walls, imagine exploring the beauty of New Hampshire—from the fall foliage and scenic trails to cozy towns and vibrant seasonal events—while you work in a community that values balance, connection, and well-being.

Location can be as rewarding as the care you provide. Concord sits at the heart of New Hampshire’s rich blend of small-town charm and outdoor adventure. You’ll enjoy a hospital environment that emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and supportive leadership, with easy access to outdoor recreation, cultural activities, and a high quality of life. For those who love variety, there’s the opportunity to work in multiple locations across the United States, experiencing a range of pediatric settings—from bustling urban facilities to serene community hospitals—each presenting unique clinical cases, diverse patient populations, and the chance to refine your practice through exposure to different care models. This is more than a job; it’s a chance to broaden your professional horizons while building lasting connections in the healthcare community.

In this Pediatric RN role, you’ll oversee comprehensive pediatric care across inpatient and possibly outpatient environments, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and families to deliver patient- and family-centered care. Core responsibilities include monitoring and assessing pediatric patients, administering medications and IV therapies, performing essential procedures, managing pain and symptom control, and recognizing early signs of clinical change. You’ll lead and document accurate assessments, plan and implement age-appropriate interventions, educate families on treatment plans, and support safe discharge planning. You’ll partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care, advocate for child- and family-specific needs, and contribute to evidence-based practice with a focus on safety, quality improvement, and compassionate communication. This position offers an amazing pathway for professional growth within pediatrics, including exposure to neonate through adolescent populations, opportunities to obtain or advance certifications (PALS, BLS, and others), and access to mentorship and ongoing education. The role also emphasizes continuity of care, family empowerment, and culturally competent practice as you navigate clinical challenges with confidence and empathy.

Competitive benefits are a cornerstone of this opportunity. You’ll receive a compelling weekly pay range of $2,161 to $2,270, with the potential for performance-based bonuses, and the possibility of extended assignments that align with your career goals. Housing assistance helps ease transition to new locales, and extension opportunities allow you to deepen your commitment to pediatric care while expanding your professional footprint. In addition, you’ll benefit from comprehensive support throughout your assignment, including a dedicated 24/7 team available to assist you as you travel and adapt to new environments. From onboarding to continuous operations support, you’ll have access to resources designed to remove barriers, streamline workflows, and keep you focused on delivering excellent pediatric care to every child you serve.

Company values center on empowerment, growth, and a supportive work climate. The organization is committed to advancing your career while maintaining a team-oriented culture that encourages initiative, curiosity, and collaboration. You’ll find a welcoming environment that recognizes your expertise, promotes professional development, and fosters resilience—so you can bring your best self to every shift. Whether you’re refining clinical techniques, pursuing specialty credentials, or developing leadership capabilities, you’ll discover a workplace that celebrates progress and provides the tools you need to thrive.

Ready to embark on an exciting chapter where your clinical skills meet meaningful impact, compassionate care, and opportunities for growth? If you’re a Pediatric RN who thrives in dynamic settings and loves making a tangible difference in the lives of children and families, apply now. This is your chance to join a company that values your contributions, supports your journey, and partners with you to advance your pediatric practice across diverse environments. Embrace the freedom to explore, the security of strong professional backing, and the fulfillment of shaping better health outcomes for the next generation. Your next pediatric travel adventure begins here—take the step, apply, and begin the journey that aligns with your career ambitions and your commitment to exceptional pediatric care.

Note: The hours and pay rates listed are estimates and may vary. Final compensation packages and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
