**Job Description**
We are seeking experienced Solar PV Installers to join our team for a commercial project. The successful candidates will be responsible for offloading materials, staging areas, laying panels, and performing PV installation and wire management. This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting project and contribute to sustainable energy solutions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Offload materials onto three buildings at the project site.
+ Stage the area and begin the process of laying and mounting panels.
+ Perform PV installation once all panels are on the roof.
+ Manage the wiring of all installed panels.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in Solar PV installation.
+ Experience in Solar Commercial installation.
+ Skills in wire management and mounting panels.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Must have at least one year of commercial solar installation experience

**Work Environment**
The project will take place on three rooftops at a vineyard with a total capacity of 1.2MW/300KW battery. The work involves flat roof ballast racking and is conducted outdoors. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Soledad, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.
