WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking caring and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver health services to students in school settings. As a School LPN, you will play a vital role in the health and well-being of children, supporting them in a safe and nurturing educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to students, including administering medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor students for signs of illness or injury and provide appropriate first aid.
• Assist with screening programs and health assessments.
• Develop care plans in collaboration with school staff and parents/guardians.
• Maintain accurate health records and confidentiality of student information.
• Educate students on health topics and promote wellness and healthy habits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current and valid New York State LPN license.
• Experience in pediatrics or school health preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
