We’re looking for a motivated Public Relations Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, public relations, and brand representation while supporting causes and clients that make a difference.

 

Position Overview

As a Public Relations Assistant , you’ll help plan, organize, and execute live promotional events that build public awareness and strengthen client branding. You’ll work directly with our event management and marketing teams to ensure every campaign runs smoothly and represents our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional and fundraising events.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at community events, engaging with attendees and representing clients positively and professionally.
  • Support live marketing campaigns that promote client visibility, awareness, and outreach goals.
  • Build relationships with local organizations, vendors, and event attendees to strengthen partnerships and expand reach.
  • Help develop and distribute event materials, talking points, and on-site promotions to attract and engage the public.
  • Work closely with the marketing and event coordination teams to ensure seamless communication and event success.
  • Assist in delivering post-event feedback and performance insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Help create memorable event experiences that reflect each client’s mission, values, and objectives.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing , or related field (preferred, not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, public-facing environments .
  • Highly organized, dependable, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about event marketing and community involvement.
  • No prior experience required—paid training provided.
