Medical Assistant- entry level candidates welcome! Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves confirming and scheduling appointments across our dental clinics, maintaining excellent customer service with patients, vendors, and coworkers, and updating patient information efficiently. Responsibilities + Confirm and schedule appointments for all dental clinics. + Provide excellent customer service to patients, vendors, and coworkers. + Confirm appointments and handle inbound and outbound calls. + Perform data entry and update patient information. + Assist in tray setup for doctors Essential Skills + Proficiency in customer service and call center operations. + Experience in scheduling appointments in a healthcare setting. + Fluency in Spanish is required. + Knowledge of electronic health records. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent is required. Work Environment This role is based in a clinic setting in the Santa Barbara and Goleta area. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
