### **Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled **Graphic & Web Designer** to create visually compelling designs for both digital and print media, as well as design and maintain websites that enhance user experience and engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, proficiency in industry-standard tools, and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, logos, and marketing materials (brochures, social media assets, email templates, presentations, guides, etc.).
* Designed and developed visually appealing websites, landing pages, and UI/UX elements.
* Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
* Collaborate with marketing and development teams to produce engaging digital content.
* Optimize website performance, usability, and responsiveness.
* Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
### **Qualifications & Skills:**
* Proven experience in graphic design and website design, with a strong portfolio.
* Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)** and **Canva**, as well as web design tools like **Figma & Sketch**.
* Experience with **HTML, CSS, WordPress, and basic JavaScript** is a plus.
* Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
* Understanding of design principles and best practices.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
* Familiarity with SEO best practices for web design.
* Knowledge of branding and marketing design strategies.
