The Opportunity
As part of the Risk and Compliance team you will champion the integration of AI and data-driven insights into regulatory risk and cybersecurity engagements. As a Manager, you will lead the design and execution of innovative compliance and risk management solutions that utilize automation, analytics, or AI technologies. This role involves serving as a liaison between technical data/AI teams and business stakeholders to promote strategic alignment while inspiring and mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preferred field(s) of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science
- Certification(s) Preferred: Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Security Manager (CISM), or ISACA in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
- Demonstrating significant experience in leading client engagements in regulatory compliance
- Leading large projects in cybersecurity or cyber risk management
- Mentoring and guiding junior staff to enhance skills
- Inspiring and motivating teams to achieve excellence
- Championing the integration of AI into regulatory risk engagements
- Designing and implementing cyber risk governance frameworks
- Monitoring and reporting of cyber risks, threats, and vulnerabilities
- Possessing knowledge integrating AI/ML capabilities into existing GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) frameworks

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
