As an Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based medication use across inpatient settings. You will also be able to contribute to the education of students and residents while working a full-time rotating day shift schedule which is primarily a 4 day work week.
In order to apply, you must have at least one year of acute care hospital pharmacist experience post degree. Preference will be given to candidates with a PharmD, PGY1 residency, and/or BCPS certification. TN license can be obtained prior to starting if not held already.
