Job Description

Our client, a well-established  company is looking to hire an  Accounts Payable Manager to start right away! This position will be hybrid and based out of the Irvine office. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable operations including invoice processing, supplier records, and payments
• Ensure accounting processes comply with GAAP and company policies
• Manage monthly close activities and generate financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Implement and maintain internal controls and process improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize accounting systems and workflows
• Manage corporate card programs and travel/expense policy updates
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members
• Assist with audits and financial accuracy review
• ?Additional duties as needed and directed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience; prior management experience preferred
• Familiarity with Workday or similar financial systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
• Team-oriented and collaborative
